Property Management Office

The Property Management Office is located at 820 Gessner, Suite 200 (2nd floor).  The office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. 

All communications regarding any aspect of your occupancy, services required, questions, complaints, etc. should be directed through the Property Management Office (See “Designated Persons” section below). The office telephone number is (713) 821-5400.  After hours calls will be answered by Security personnel via the same phone number.
